We love Thinking Putty!
My kids love to have something in their hands all the time, especially while we are doing school.
I have spent time searching and going through a variety of fidget items.
Then we discovered Thinking Putty several years ago at our homeschool convention.
I was intrigued, the kids were intrigued, so they each got to choose one small putty to bring home.
We all loved it! It is small enough to “play” with in one hand to keep that hand busy when writing
but also big enough to keep both hands busy when listening.

We received the Mixed by Me Thinking Putty Holographic set and the kids could not wait!
I would have put a picture of the box for you, but they ripped it open because they were so excited!
What comes in the box!
There are 5 small tins with clear Thinking Putty in them. Then you have 2 glitters, 2 sparkle effects, colored pencils,
tin labels that you can color, an intructional mat (see picture above), and a tin to hold it all.
There were plenty of supplies including the dyes and effects to complete all 5 puttys.
Mixing The Putty
The kids decided they would each make one of their own and 2 together to share.
They got to be creative when picking the colors of the dyes and mixing to make them perfect.
I love that the instructions were easy enough for them to understand and do this STEM activity completely on their own.
Now they each have their own putty for school-time, and we have two to share.
And yes, sometimes even I pull one out to “play” with during school!
